These are hand blown exquisitely made and finished Friendships Glass Globes. Traditionally the globes and other shapes were made at the end of the glass blowers shift to use up the glass in the bottom of the furnace. The blowers were then allowed to take the finished pieces home and they would give them as gifts of friendship to family and friends.These globes are 12 cms round.
